Greetings!

I would like to request supporting documents of IPHIL SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE such as follows:

1. Permit to Operate (Could be ref# if no soft copy of document)
2. CDA# and document.
3. SEC or DTI

Abovementioned details were needed for us to know the legitimacy of the said corporation which just started recently.
