Greetings! l As a requirement to our feasibility study,  we are tasked to collect certain data and information that might help us to complete our research. Our study is all about a Proposed Transit Oriented Development (TOD) located in Clark, which will be directly connected with one of the proposed railway stations in Pampanga. In line with this, I would like to request a copy of the following :

1. Site bearing points of a possible TOD site inside the Clark Economic Freeport Zone
2. Average Annual Daily Traffic of Clark
3. Price of land acquisition for every square meter in Clark

Foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience for we just recently restored access to the eFOI portal.

In response to your specific query on "price of land acquisition for every square meter in Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ)", please be informed that the mode of land acquisition in CFZ is thru leasehold.
