Hi,
Is there any possibility that we can get a copy as early as possible so we can file a legal and appropriate action against the unknown driver? It is really hard for our family to accept that there is indeed someone who violated the law and is still at large. The driver of that vehicle is obviously still roaming around, while my brother, who was the victim, failed to perform his work due to injuries that he committed.
