Hi! I would like to ask the following information:

1) Average number of jeepneys and shuttle bus that operates daily in Clark Maingate Terminal
2) All available Jeepney and shuttle buses routes in Clark Maingate Terminal 
2.) Jeepney routes and intervals/schedules in Clark Maingate Terminal
3.) Shuttle Buses routes and intervals/schedules  in Clark Maingate Terminal

You asked for Maingate Terminal Schedules and Routes.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot grant your request because of a similar request that you have lodged on December 15, 2022.  Our Decision Maker then, Ms. Josephine V. Poyaoan has sent the data thru the email that you have provided. Thus, we cannot grant you again same request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to CDC President/CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera via email:  Agnes.Devanadera@clark.com.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
