Dear Ma’am/Sir

Greetings of peace and gratitude!

I, Marian L. Gealone, 5th year student of Bataan Peninsula State University — Main Campus, taking up Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

Regarding this, I kindly request that your office allow me permission to demolish the abandoned building that is currently located on the site that will serve as the location for my research project. Additionally, I'll ask you for a letter only to prove that the abandoned structure can be demolished. This is for thesis purposes only.
