This refers to your information request for the number of CFO-registered emigrants from the province of Pangasinan.

We are pleased to share with you in the attached documents the number of Filipino emigrants registered by the CFO from Pangasinan by city or municipality of origin from 1988 to 2015, as well as the number of Filipino spouses or partners of foreign nationals from the same province from 2005 to 2015. These numbers include annual statistics on Filipinos who underwent the CFO’s mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for immigrants, Peer Counseling Program for minors, or Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for spouses or partners of foreign nationals prior to their departure.
