Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the following:

1) List of Blood Service Facilities in NCR
- Name
- Location 
- Classification (Blood center, blood bank w/ additional functions, etc.)
- Ownership/Management (PRC, DOH, etc.)

2) Publicly available quantitative data of blood centers and blood banks with additional functions
- Donor recruitment rate
- Donor retention rate
- Total blood collection
- Shortage rate
- Other useful descriptive statistics about blood supply
