Response to Request

May we also clarify if you are referring to basic education students (i.e., elementary and high school students) or higher education students (i.e., college and/or graduate students) as the CFO only registers, including permanent migrants, Exchange Visitors' Program participants or it can also account for students, teachers, and non-teaching personnel of Philippine Schools Overseas.
