Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)!

Thank you for your eFOI request regarding the statistics on Filipinos in EU.
 
As the CFO’s primary clientele are the emigrants who will permanently reside in other countries, we are pleased to provide you in the webpage link below the statistics of CFO-registered emigrants as of year 2019. These numbers include annual statistics on Filipinos who underwent the CFO’s mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for emigrants or Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for spouses or partners of foreign nationals prior to their departure.

However, we regret that we are unable to provide the information for migrant workers or overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) since they are not required to register with the CFO before their departure from the Philippines. They are instead required to register with and obtain their Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
