As the CFO’s primary clientele are the emigrants who will permanently reside in other countries, we are pleased to provide you in the webpage link below the statistics of CFO-registered emigrants as of year 2019. These numbers include annual statistics on Filipinos who underwent the CFO’s mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for emigrants or Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for spouses or partners of foreign nationals prior to their departure, and are classified according to their place of origin, among others.

However, for your guidance, the CFO only collects data up to the municipal/city level.
