Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)!

This refers to your request dated 05 September 2019 requesting for statistics on Filipino Marriages in the United States of America.

We are pleased to share with you the number of Filipinos registered with CFO who are spouses or partners of US nationals by age and by state where they got married.  These numbers include annual statistics on Filipino marriage migrants from year 2012 to 2018 who are leaving or are planning to leave the Philippines to join their foreign spouse or partner in the United States.  Prior to their departure, they underwent the mandatory Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) of the CFO as required by the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 8239 (Philippine Passport Act of 1996) and Republic Act of 10364 (The Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2012).
