Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 11, 2022 04:06:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for STOCK ESTIMATE OF OVERSEAS FILIPINOS.

Please be advised that we have discontinued the Stock Estimate of Filipinos Overseas. To ensure policy coherence with other government agencies, we rely on data produced by the Department of Foreign Affairs on matters pertaining to overseas Filipinos. Thus, the latest stock estimate published by the CFO was as of December 2013 which may be accessed through the Statistics Section: https://cfo.gov.ph/statistics-2/

However, the CFO data on registered Filipino emigrants, Exchange Visitor Program participants, and au pairs are updated annually, and may also be accessed in the Statistics Section https://cfo.gov.ph/statistics-2/. Please also note that because of the limited workforce and resources brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, and in addition to the adjustments to the delivery of CFO’s frontline services, emigrant registration data for 2020-2021 is still currently undergoing the process of verification as part of CFO’s data quality management procedures.
