I would like to ask help from your office to change claimant name of akap assistance because im going to go onboard again on the ship tomorow dec 7, 2020 at the pier of manila.after being jobless for almost a year,.for that i can not claim  my dole akap assistance wich i applied since last april 2020 until i recieved a txt yesterday from MLHUILLER sending me a refference no. For claiming my akap assistance..
