Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)!
Thank you for your information request dated 08 August 2017 regarding statistics on overseas Filipinos in Africa.
We regret, however, that we are unable to fully provide the information requested since the CFO’s primary clientele are Filipino emigrants who will permanently live in other countries. On the other hand, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) or temporary migrants are required to register with and obtain their Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
For permanent migrants, you will find in the attached document a table with the number of CFO-registered emigrants in Africa from 1981 to 2015. On the other hand, the link below that contains information about overseas Filipino workers by skill and by country might help you:

The POEA’s Planning Branch, which is in charge of updating POEA’s annual deployment statistics has the proper authority to provide you with the information that you need. Please refer also to the attached directory for your easy reference.
