Dear Mr. Barbaroa:

Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas!

Thank you for your eFOI request regarding the mapping of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) of top 10 cities in the US, Canada, Australia, Italy and UK. 
 
The CFO’s primary clientele are the Filipino emigrants who will permanently live in other countries.  On the other hand, OFWs or temporary migrants, are required to register with and obtain their Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

We regret that we are unable to provide the information requested since migrant workers or OFWs and Filipino students abroad are not required to register with the CFO before their departure from the Philippines.
