Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 15, 2022 08:32:17 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

As the CFO’s primary clientele are the emigrants who will permanently reside in other countries, we are pleased to provide you in the webpage link below the statistics of CFO-registered emigrants as of year 2019. These numbers include annual statistics on Filipinos who underwent the CFO’s mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for emigrants or Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for spouses or partners of foreign nationals prior to their departure, categorized by age group, sex, countries of destination, among others.
