Thank you for your request dated 04 February 2017 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You requested for a copy of the outgoing letter of Director Maria Regina Galias that the CFO sent through the Department of Education as per previous letter with Reference No. 0003/LT/PEPS-RGG/02/2018. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide your request because the information is part of the exception under Section 10.D No. 5 of the CFO’s Freedom of Information People’s Manual. The exemption applies because the requested document is covered by the following exception: “5.
