Dear Mr. Chance, 

Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)!

As the CFO’s primary clientele are the emigrants who will permanently live in other countries, please find in the attached file the number of registered Filipino emigrants by province of origin and sex for the years 2010 to 2019.

These numbers include annual statistics on Filipinos who underwent the CFO’s mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for immigrant visa holders, Peer Counseling for minors and the Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for spouses or partners of foreign nationals prior to their departure.
