Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)!
 
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the number of overseas Filipinos in Saudi Arabia.
 
As the CFO’s primary clientele are the emigrants who will permanently live in other countries, we are pleased to provide you with a link to statistics of CFO-registered emigrants by countries of destination. These numbers include annual statistics on Filipinos who underwent the CFO’s mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for emigrants, or Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for spouses or partners of foreign nationals prior to their departure.

We are also pleased to share with you the link to CFO’s Compendium of Statistics on International Migration which features the yearly stock estimates of overseas Filipinos, The main sources of the Stock Estimate include the administrative data of different government agencies such as CFO, POEA, and DFA. However, the latest stock estimate was published by the CFO in December 2013, pending the approval of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Board of the proposed framework on the counting of overseas Filipinos.
