Hello, I would like to obtain information concerning the licensing/accreditation of PDOS service providers. Specifically, I request:

1.) Any documents detailing the regulation of PDOS service providers;
2.) Any documents detailing how to apply to be a PDOS service provider/trainer;
3.) Any documents or details on how students in PDOS can file complaints or express concerns about PDOS sessions, PDOS trainers, or PDOS providers.
4.) Clarification over whether PDOS trainers are allowed to recommend lending companies to OFWs during the PDOS session.
