Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am a resident of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City and have lived here, together with my parents, since 1987 (more or less). My parents bought the "rights" for the land, but with no proper documentation.

I would like to know the steps in order for us to finally register our land that is less than 200 sq.m. Our Sitio has an "association" but they have not progressed in the process of registering our lands. We'd like to do this as an individual.

I'm hope you'll be able to send me at least a guideline that I can follow, together with a checklist that I can use.
