Hello, my name is Francisco Arenal Jr and I am writing to apply for a free laptop from the government. I am 35 years old, Single and a Person with Disability ( Psychosocial Disability due to my heart failure I only have limited activities ).
I need a laptop to be able to work at home. I currently on the process of applying for a wfh jobs. I don't have the capacity to buy one on my own, since I am jobless right now. I hope that the government can help me with this matter.
I'm a resident from Antipolo City. I would also like to mention that my family is financially unable to afford.
