I'd should like to earnestly request for such document. As several years ago, unable to recall exact year. I read on a tarpaulin in our street along Emerald in Palmera Homes II in Taytay, although I barely recall what was stated that there was supposed to be a php6.5 million project for the Riprap near the creek.  Accompanied by a pile of big rocks in the vacant lot beside our house that was placed there and then moved elsewhere. I've never heard of any Riprap augmentation done or completed though
