Ako po si Grace Sitchon ng Mayamot Antipolo City, Rizal. Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong po sa inyo para po sa anak ko na Si Mark One Jayden Sitchon na 5 taong gulang, sana po matulungan nyo po kami sa pagpapatherapy po niya sa Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center ng Occupational Therapy at Speech Therapy po. Ang unang therapy po niya ay Occuptional Therapy po ng 4 mths at ang Speech Therapy po ay wala pa po. Pero isusunod po pagkatapos po ng Occupational Therapy niya. May mga dokumento po ako na hawak po. Yong quoation po ang wala pero sabi po ng therapist sa ARMMC ay 400 per session
