Hi good evening. Dole akap messaged my mom for reference code from ussc to receive the financial assistance from dole. However, my mom can't receive it anymore because she is now on Dubai and she just left last Monday, June 21, 2021. I am requesting to change the claimant from her name to my name  Mary Sara Ramirez. Hoping for your answer thank you.
