Response to your request The Credit Information Corporation (“CIC”) does not tolerate or condone illegal activities of any of its Submitting Entities. Further, please be informed that: The CIC does not collect debt payments; The CIC does not send payment notices in any form on behalf of any company; The CIC does not issue a negative credit report nor blacklist ‘delinquent’ borrowers in its database; The CIC does not resolve negative debt issues between the lender and borrower; The CIC does not ask any borrower directly for any information; and The CIC does not provide any kinds of loan. To report any illegal activities or unfair debt collection practices of any online lending applications or online lending platforms (“OLA/ OLP”), please refer to the CIC’s official social media card attached to this answer.
