May I request for a copy of my credit historical information records/reports for the last four years until the present year reflecting my credit score. This is to check if I'm eligible to avail larger loan amounts in the future.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 23, 2020 06:29:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for CIC Credit Report.

We are pleased to inform you that you may obtain your CIC Credit Report online, together with your credit score, through CIBI Information Inc. which is one of our accredited credit bureaus. Just send an email to creditbureausupport@cibi.com.ph  

As a requirement, you will be asked for the following:
1. One primary ID (SSS, TIN, or GSIS) 
2. One secondary ID (UMID, driver’s license, postal ID, passport, company ID, PhilHealth ID, VIN, PRC ID, NBI, police clearance, barangay clearance/certification, or PWD ID)

CIBI’s Customer Service Executive will email you the consent form for your signature, as well as the schedule of your validation/Know-Your-Client (KYC) process for security and identification purposes. 

We appreciate your support. Please feel free to email us should you have further questions.
