While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may acquire your credit report, for a reasonable fee, through the following:

- CIBI Information Inc. by downloading the Lista PH app (Credit Report with Credit Score) - you may also send an email at creditbureausupport@cibi.com.ph for further information
- CRIF Philippines (Credit Report with Credit Score) - you may also send an email to infocrif.ph@crif.com for further information
- Direct-to-Consumer thru AE program ("D2C Program") (Credit Report without a Credit Score) - you may refer to this link to see the list of Accessing Entities offering the D2C Program: www.creditinfo.gov.ph/direct-consumer-d2c-program

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
