You may coordinate with the lending institution regarding your concern. In the alternative, you may file a dispute via the CIC Online Dispute Resolution Process (ODRP).

The CIC established the ODRP as an online mechanism where you can dispute any erroneous, incorrect, outdated information found on your credit report. For the purpose of filing the dispute, you will be required to input your TRN found on your credit report or given by CIBI. If you wish to file a dispute, we advise you to coordinate with or inquire about your Transaction Number (TRN) from CIBI.
