Dear Rachellyn,

Thank you for your request dated Dec 23, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for your Credit Score and Credit Report.

The CIC is pleased to inform you that one of our accredited credit bureaus, CIBI Information Inc., recently launched the CIBIApp where you may get a copy of your credit report and credit score online. You should be able to access these apps if you are located in the Philippines. 

For mobile phone users, just download the CIBIApp via the Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cibi.myscore&hl=en

For desktop users, you may access the app via your web browser at https://cibiapp.cibi.com.ph/#/login.

Register by entering your personal and contact information and creating a username with password. You would also be asked to upload the following: 

1.	One primary ID (SSS, GSIS, TIN, UMID, and driver’s license) 
2.	One secondary IDs (Passport, PRC ID, IBP ID, OWWA ID, senior citizen’s ID, voter’s ID, digitized postal ID, SSS ID, and GSIS e-Card) 

Finally, you may schedule an appointment for online character verification via video call from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

CIBI will send you a confirmation email, together with guidelines for the character verification process.
