Hi I got my credit score but the details of it doesn't include my credit card and other transactions I made. It only has a single transaction from 2021. I have a credit card since 2022, and have other transactions under my name unlisted.

Credit scoring services are provided by accredited special accessing entities of the Credit Information Corporation (“CIC”) such as CIBI Inc, Transunion, or CRIF Philippines. Issues or concerns relating to credit scores are not cognizable by the Online Dispute Resolution Process of the CIC.
