You asked for Credit Profile Information.

Response to Request

Credit scoring services are provided by accredited special accessing entities of the Credit Information Corporation (“CIC”) such as CIBI Inc, Transunion, or CRIF Philippines. Issues or concerns relating to credit scores are not cognizable by the Online Dispute Resolution Process of the CIC. 

For more information on how to compute your credit score and how it affects your creditworthiness, you may coordinate with them directly.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our President and CEO, Ben Joshua Baltazar at cichelpdesk@creditinfo.gov.ph with the following subject head: [CIC - EFOI Request Review].

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and notify you of the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
