Dear Maynard Von Sy,
Thank you for your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for your credit score.
Kindly note that the CIC does not give credit scores but only credit reports. Credit scoring is a value-added service that is offered by CIC’s accredited credit bureaus. We have four accredited credit bureaus, namely: CIBI Information Inc., Compuscan Philippines Inc., CRIF Philippines, and Transunion Information Solutions Philippines. As for their service categories and fees, it is best to coordinate with them directly. Links and their brief description are listed in the CIC Accredited Credit Bureaus section of our website.
Credit score gauges your creditworthiness while a credit report sums up your credit history.
Should you wish to obtain a copy of your CIC Credit Report, please take note of the following process:
1. Scheduling an appointment online through the CIC Online Appointment Scheduler ("CICOAS") with the link: http://www.creditinfo.gov.ph/appointment/
2. Appearing in person at the CIC office during the scheduled time. As of date, we require face-to-face transaction as we are still in the inception stage of our operation. We shall issue an advisory once we are open for online processing.
3. Validating the requestor's identity using at least two (2) unexpired government-issued identification cards and other methods as may be determined by the CIC
4. Payment of PhP55.00 for every credit report request (performed on-site)
5. Drawing of the CIC Credit Report
6. Additional validating of the requestor’s identity once the CIC Credit Report has been drawn
7. Receiving of the CIC Credit Report via email on the same day
We thank you for your support. Should you have any questions regarding your request, kindly contact me using the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEENJQy0zMTc4NTI2ODI0OTkM, for request with ticket number #CIC-317852682499.
Thank you.

Hi, Maynard.
Thank you for your request dated May 02, 2019 11:51:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
We are happy to know that more and more Filipinos are requesting for their CIC Credit Report even in this time of pandemic.
We are pleased to inform you that you may now obtain your CIC Credit Report online, together with your credit score, through CIBI Information Inc. which is one of our accredited credit bureaus.
Just send an email to them at creditbureausupport@cibi.com.ph with the following requirements:
1. One primary ID (SSS, TIN, or GSIS) – A physical ID is NOT required; just the numbers will do.
2. One secondary ID (UMID, driver’s license, postal ID, passport, company ID, PhilHealth ID, VIN, PRC ID, NBI, police clearance, barangay clearance/certification, or PWD ID) – A soft copy of the secondary ID is needed for verification
CIBI’s Customer Service Executive will email you the consent form for your signature, as well as the schedule of your online identity validation/Know-Your-Client (KYC) process for security purposes and the fee to be paid.
We appreciate your support. Please feel free to email us should you have further questions.
We likewise encourage you to visit our website (https://www.creditinfo.gov.ph/) and follow us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/creditinfo.gov.ph/) for updates.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
CIC FOI Decision Maker
