Thank you for your request dated Jan 11, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for your credit report / score.
We are pleased to inform you that one of our accredited credit bureaus, CIBI Information, Inc., recently launched the CIBIApp where you may get a copy of your credit report and credit score online.
For mobile phone users, just download the CIBIApp via the Google Play Store and App Store.
For desktop users, you may access the app via your web browser at https://cibiapp.cibi.com.ph/#/login.
You should be able to access these apps if you are located in the Philippines.
Register by entering your personal and contact information and creating a username with password. You would also be asked to upload the following:
1. One primary ID (SSS, GSIS, TIN, UMID, and driver’s license)
2. One secondary ID (Passport, PRC ID, IBP ID, OWWA ID, senior citizen’s ID, voter’s ID, digitized postal ID, SSS ID, and GSIS e-Card)
Finally, you may schedule an appointment for online character verification via video call from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.
CIBI will send you a confirmation email, together with guidelines for the character verification process. You may also view the steps here.

The CIBIApp is temporarily unavailable for both Android and iOS users from 16 April 2021 until further notice for the online Know-Your-Customer (KYC) integration activity.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I am unable to personally go CIC main office. Is there any option to acquire my credit report/score?
