Thank you for your request dated Jan 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for your Credit Report/Score
We are pleased to inform you that one of our accredited credit bureaus, CIBI Information, Inc., recently launched the CIBIApp where you may get a copy of your credit report and credit score online.
For mobile phone users, just download the CIBIApp via the Google Play Store and App Store.
For desktop users, you may access the app via your web browser at https://cibiapp.cibi.com.ph/#/login.
You should be able to access these apps if you are located in the Philippines.
Register by entering your personal and contact information and creating a username with password. You would also be asked to upload the following:
1. One primary ID (SSS, GSIS, TIN, UMID, and driver’s license)
2. One secondary ID (Passport, PRC ID, IBP ID, OWWA ID, senior citizen’s ID, voter’s ID, digitized postal ID, SSS ID, and GSIS e-Card)
Finally, you may schedule an appointment for online character verification via video call from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.
CIBI will send you a confirmation email, together with guidelines for the character verification process. You may also view the steps here.

Hi,
I have tried to download the CIBI app but it seems like it is not existing in the link that you have provided.
I've also checked in Google Playstore and I am not able to find it.
Will you be able to provide a direct link to the app?
Or will you be able to provide the Credit Score instead of using the app?
