My name is Elenita Reyes Canales, 64 years old. I am the mother of the inpatient diagnosed. I am writing you a message asking for financial assistance for my son hospitalization bill. Last 2weeks March 28,2022 my son got operated and he was diagnosed with Chronic tophageous gout in flare, Sepsis secondary to infected gouty tophi and Hypertensive cardiovascular disease and have been admitted to for 15days now. The doctor said that he needs to undergo an urgent operation.

With this, I would like to humbly request your organization thru your health program to please assist us for our bills.
