Dear MR. JEREMIAS MANACAP,


This refers to your communication sent through the FOI portal requesting for "a tax 30% rate for changing the philippines" and informing that you "can do traffic source and providing success and win".


Please be informed that we have been trying to send this reply email to you through the FOI portal but to no avail as this FOI Administrator cannot access the FOI portal because of technical difficulties, hence, this reply sent  through the official email account to your personal email.


As regards your request, our office is at a quandary as to what you exactly mean by your proposal.
