Thank you for the response to my inquiry; however, the attached file does not contain all the needed information. Specifically, the information regarding the "Cebu Port Shutdown Hours." 

Can I get a follow-up on the missing information, the "Cebu Port Shutdown Hours"?  It would be much appreciated if the requested information would be given.
