You asked for the following:
1. The total number of registered seaports in the country.

4. Contact Details of the Port Facilities and corresponding authorities.You asked for Total Number of Port Facilities in the Philippines.
Please be informed that the territorial jurisdiction of the Cebu Port Authority is only within the cities and province of Cebu. All other ports are under the Philippine Ports Authority and other port authorities, like SBMA and Phividec.
As regards, your query please visit our website cpa.gov.ph or you may directly email our statistics at statistics@cpa.gov.ph.
However, regarding your query on the standard dimensions of seaports and how many ships it can handle, under the CPA General Port Rules and Regulations (Administrative Order No. 01-2000, Article IX (Construction, Development, and Operation of Private Ports/Terminals), it is provided that "applications for private commercial ports shall have a minimum investment of at least one concrete berth with a minimum length of 65 meters and a draft of at least five (5) meters at mean lower low water (mllw)" (par. h, Section 1).
