Warm cooperative Greetings!
The undersigned representing Cebu Market Vendors Multipurpose Cooperative (CEMVEDCO for brevity) a coop based in Carbon, respectfully request information from your good office regarding the Carbon Redevelopment Project which will include the 4.5 hectare property claimed by CPA in 2013 in a dispute with then Mayor Rama. 
Does CPA have knowledge, participation and approval on this PPP?
