This is an addendum to my query and request of my first letter, dated September 30, 2020, about to operate a Low powered FM Radio Station that will be called a Campus Radio in which the purpose is for educational and information. 
We are going to operate a very low-powered FM Radio Station with an equivalent of a 5-Watt power which is only good within the Intramuros and nearby neighbors which some of our students are residing.
May we know some requirements for this.
