Hi! I would like to request for Joeberth Impas Ligason's LRN. 
He don't have his report card with him and he don't have a copy of his LRN and he badly need it for his scholarship application.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the Learner Reference Number (LRN) you have requested as it is only applicable for DepEd.
