Good day!

I am conducting research on a number of LGUs and their children's code. Las Pinas City is not part of the eFOI so I am directing the request to CWC.

May request a copy of the latest Children's Code of Las Pinas City? I hope CWC has it. My research is whether LGUs children's code is sufficient for the covid19 pandemic response and other emergencies.

You asked for a copy of the latest Children’s Code of Las Piñas City for your policy research whether LGUs children’s code is sufficient for the COVID-19 pandemic response and other emergencies.

Response to your request
 
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have a copy of the information you have requested.  However, you may wish to contact the Office of the Mayor, City of Las Piñas who may be able to help you.  Please send your request directly addressed to Honourable Imelda T. Aguilar, office address at Las Piñas City Hall, Alabang-Zapote Road, Las Piñas, 1740 Metro Manila with email address at laspinascitygov@yahoo.com.  The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in the Annex to this letter.
 
Your right to request a review
 
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to the Executive Director of CWC, Mary Mitzi Cajayon-Uy with e-mail address cwc@cwc.gov.ph.
