NDCP is conducting benchmarking activity among various SUC across the country to keep its mandate of delivering high level national security learnings to its scholars. And through this we are preparing to review and recommend adjustments to our honorarium and representation expenses that we provide to our invited and contracted subject matter experts to be more competent to what other education institutions are providing their invited guest experts. With this, I would like to request rates for honorarium offered by your organization to Subject Matter Experts contracted by your organization.
