Good day, I would like to request information/ answers regarding:

1. Land use conversion process AFTER approval of application; for example what are the next steps? who will assist you with the procedures, where do you get the soil that will be used to fill your property with? 
2. Is it okay to request for land use conversion only for a portion of your land? For example in a 10 hectare land, only 2 hectare will be converted.
3. When is conversion allowed and when would it be denied?
