Hi, I wish to find out the below information on the agricultural land with OCT No. 4047 (CLOA No. 00124707) under the register of deeds for the Province of Camarines Sur:

1) Whether the subject land can be sold free of encumbrances to a private buyer

2) Whether the subject land can be used for residential/commercial purposes after sale to a private buyer

3) Whether there are any issues affecting purchase of the subject land

4) Has parcelization of the subject land under DAR Administrative Order No. 2, Series of 2019, started and when will the parcelization be fully completed?
