Hello. The subject land was originally titled as Original Certificate of Title No. P-7290. Apparently, said land came under the coverage of the CARP Law and a new title was awarded to the heirs of the original owner. This new title is TCT No. CL-1718 with Certificate of Land Ownership Award No. 00257997.
I am kindly requesting for documents and information on how the subject land came under CARP coverage and how the land was awarded to the heirs of the original owner (docs include but not limited to Notice of Coverage, posted list of beneficiaries, invitation letters, etc.)
