Please investigate DAR DONSOL SORSOGON.
They are not doing their Job properly. 
They refused our requests and not helping us. 
The statement they are giving are not just precise and permanent.
Please help us to grant our request.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 21, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for TAX DECLARATION OF CERTIFICATE OF LAND TRANSFER.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the copy of the tax declaration. However, you may wish to contact the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Donsol, Sorsogon, through the Municipal Assessor's Office, to request a copy of the tax declaration.

Also, the part of the request is a complaint against DAR Donsol, Sorsogon so this shall not be counted as a FOI request. If you have any complaint against DAR, its officials, or employees, you may submit a formal letter to our Department with details of your complaint and together with any evidence to prove your allegations. The said letter will be used as basis to conduct any investigation in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations on the matter, and in compliance to substantial and procedural due process.
