I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving an ongoing matter concerning the status update of a specific lot. My initial request for the status of the following lot, submitted on June 16, 2022, has unfortunately not yielded any communication or updates regarding the availability of the required document.

Details of the lot in question are as follows:
