Good day! This is to request for the following copies of Cadastral Maps:

1.  Cadastral Lot No. 13550 and 13551at  Barangay Malabago, Mangaldan, Pangasinan

These are properties of my great great grandfather BONIFACIO TANDINGAN who was died on October 30, 1946. 

Please see attached of the Tax Declaration for reference.  Will appreciate to receive whatever maps are connected to this property aside from the abovementioned files.
